The Mary I. Wold Cleburne County Library is located at 1009 West Main Street in Heber Springs. The new $3 million facility was completed in May 2014. The Library was built using funds from individual donors,  corporate donations, charitable grants, and support from both state and local government.  The facility is named in memory of long-time Library Board member and library supporter,  Mary I. Wold. Cleburne County is one of six counties in the White River Regional Library System. The library is governed by a five member library board.
