Cleburne County Cares (CCC) has reinstated its Scholarship Program to residents of Cleburne County who qualify under the CCC guidelines.
Students applying for the 2019 Spring Semester should apply no later than October 15, 2018 and those planning to begin in the 2019 Fall Semester should apply by the end of May, 2019.

Cleburne County Cares (CCC) has reinstated its Scholarship Program to residents of Cleburne County who qualify under the CCC guidelines. The scholarships pay up to $1,000 per semester for qualifying Cleburne County residents to attend school and receive a Vocational/Technical Certificate. This schooling will lead to training and appropriate skills for a specific job. The mission of the scholarship program is to equip citizens of Cleburne County with skills that are marketable in the local workplace, thus leading recipients to a life of self-sufficiency.

 

CCC has teamed up with ASU-Heber Springs as a training site due to the variety of skills programs available and its convenient location for the residents of Cleburne County. However, these scholarships can be awarded at any training site in Arkansas by qualifying Cleburne County residents.

Students applying for the Spring Semester should apply no later than October 15 and those planning to begin in the Fall Semester should apply by the end of May.

 

The Chairpersons for this program would like to help you get started. Applications are available at Cleburne County Cares on Monday- Wednesday- or Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the ASU-Heber Springs Campus during regular school hours and online(see the link below). Once the application is complete call CCC at 501-362-8486 to schedule an appointment to finalize the scholarship.
