Fireworks Extravaganza, Saturday July 4^th in Heber Springs

Spend your Independence Day weekend in beautiful Heber Springs as we celebrate our freedom with the Heber Springs Area Chamber of Commerce’s annual Fireworks Extravaganza Saturday, July 4^th at 9:00 p.m.! Due to high lake levels and COVID-19 restrictions, the fireworks display will be launched from the Heber Springs Municipal Airport rather than the usual location at Sandy Beach. Guests will not be allowed on the airport grounds. We will provide more information to help you find the best viewing areas in town closer to the event. For those of you who wish to view the fireworks from your boat, the best location is the body of water just west of Dam Site Marina. The fireworks display will be broadcast by Timeless 106.1 FM KFFB.  

When you’re not watching the fireworks display, come experience great food at our local restaurants, take a stroll downtown, and visit our local shops throughout town. From antique shops and specialty stores to home décor, there is something for everyone. Come eat, play and stay in Heber Springs! Each morning of the Virtual Business Expo, November 16th-20th, clues or questions for a scavenger hunt through the virtual booths will be released via the Heber Springs Area Chamber of Commerce’s Facebook page and website: www.heber-springs.com. Contestants will find the vendor booths on the business expo page of the website. Use the links provided through vendor booths to find the answers to the scavenger hunt.

5) Contestants who answer all of the quiz questions correctly by 5:00 pm will be entered into a drawing for the daily prize.

To be eligible to win the $1,000 grand prize shopping spree, contestants must:

1) Visit the website every day, November 16th-20th, and locate the virtual scavenger hunt quiz.

2) Use vendor booth information and links on the Chamber website to find answers to the questions.

3) Complete the quiz form in its entirety daily by 5:00 pm.^.

4) Provide correct answers to all quizzes every day.

Contestants who answer all of the quiz questions correctly will be entered into a drawing for the grand prize. The winner of the grand prize will be chosen at the end of the day on November 20th. Good luck!
