This three-hour course is designed to familiarize students with terminology, screen components and the most commonly used functions offered by Microsoft Word.  Emphasis will be placed on understanding ribbon functions, proper document formatting techniques, file naming and file management.

Bring your business's story to life using Facebook Business Pages.  Learn how to reach more people and increase awareness of your business.  Learn to create content to engage your audience with images and video.  You will need to have a Facebook Business Pages account.  A laptop and a flash drive with images or video from your business are helpful, although not required.

In this four-week class, you will learn how to make frostings: buttercream, cream cheese, and a whipped version.  Patty will demonstrate how to properly frost a cake using a variety of techniques.  You will learn how to fill a piping bag, use a coupler, exchange tips and practice different piping skills including flowers, leaves, borders and handwriting.  As the class progresses, you will move on to character cakes and then a tiered cake in the final class. (Receive supply list when you register.

This clss will be four Mondays from April 1 - April 22.

Alzheimer's and other dementias cause memory, thinking and behavior problems that interfere with daily living.  The Alzheimer's Association developed the new 10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer's education program to help people recognize common signs of the disease and know what to watch for in themselves and others.

Spend a relaxing day painting with Brenda Lawrence, certified art instructor.  She teaches Bob Ross, Jenkins, and Bickford techniques as well as inspiriing students with her own style.  In this class, you will complete a painting by day's end.  Note: wear clothes suitable for painting.  Students are welcome to bring snacks or a sack lunch.
